There is a problem when creating a new database from the control panel

I cannot create a new database from the control panel. When I go to create a database and select the domain, the options below do not appear for me to create the database. I have tried installing the control panel on multiple Linux distributions and the problem still persists.

Try restarting mysql service

1. using ssh or vnc
2. using cyberpanel dashboard https://SERVER_URL:8090/serverstatus/services

Post a screenshot of https://SERVER_URL:8090/serverstatus/services and/or running the command in ssh/vnc service mariadb status

I have the same problem and no solutions yet through the company
