How to cancel addon

I can log into the cloud manager. However, it tells me to open a ticket to cancel subscriptions made via stripe. The ticket form just shows the loading circle and won’t let me submit anything!

I experienced this a lot but I guess the CyberPanel developers don’t see issues with their ticketing system as I raised it with one of them.

Improvement I’ll love to see on ticketing:

• email notification should contain message reply and deep link to the ticket
• Possibility to use AMP email to replay from inbox without needing to login to the ticket platform
• Ticket thread to have timestamp
• Clear text box when ticket reply is successfully submitted.
