After upgrade Ubuntu 20 to 22, CP WP auto-install issue

WP auto-install goes through but then site shows 0 disk usage and error 404 when accessed. Tried reinstall without success.

I suspect issue might be when I did change from Focal to Jammy, some files were messed up.

How to troubleshoot/fix?
