SSL Certificate for one domain shows for all other domains hosted by CyberPanel server

I am hitting into a new issue that I haven’t encountered over years of working with CyberPanel. When I added an SSL (one from another company not generated using letsencrypt) the SSL took effect for the domain I added it too but it now validates for all other domains the server is hosting. Something has went horribly wrong and I don’t know enough about the scripts that do the ssl work to understand what happened. Also, going to /etc/letsencrypt/live/ and editing the cert/fullchain/privkey in the domains located there does nothing.

Maybe post some screenshots of certificates as indicated by your browser. Visit your website and click on the padlock icon on the address bar. Click on certificate information and screenshot that. Do this for the affected websites.
