I’m try to create a database on Cyberpanel but after choosing my domain no fields to enter the database name or password, everything is stopped in chose website

Did you try to run the upgrade script and reboot your server ?
yes , i have used this command sh <(curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh || wget -O - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh)
to upgrade my panal and still have the same issue, atm i can’t create ftp account and database
Kindly follow basic instructions How to ask for assistance?
Is this a new server ?
yes we just create it 1 month ago
I would advice you try ubuntu 20.04 its the only version of ubuntu I can confirm works flawlessly with v2.3.4
