Let's Encrypt is overwriting my certificates

I have a problem with CyberPanel and Let’s Encrypt. I have purchased my own SSL certificates, but Let’s Encrypt keeps overwriting them. How can I disable Let’s Encrypt?

Disable the cron jobs that has renew.py and acme.sh if you are not using letsencrypt SSL.

We have the same issues on every commit of build 3 through 4.

We are using letsencrypt for some users.
The weird thing is it only overwrites for 1 site.
We saved the certificates in another directory and added it to the vhost manually.
Vhost configuration stays te same.
