During installation failed connection timed out to raw.githubusercontent.com

During the fresh installation of cyberpanel 2.3.4, installation stuck due to failed connection timed out to url https://raw.githubusercontent.com then further process stop as attachment

Kindly help me what is the problem?

can you please show the nameserver value in side your server and also who is provider?

Indian ISP have block some ip of raw.githubusercontent.com

If we change IP of raw.githubusercontent.com in vhost it’s getting work properly
