OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Cyberpanel:
Current Version: 2.3 Build: 4
Current Commit: 9671f239f30e8f005e4c9ec101622802f8cd80d6
Latest Version: 2.3
Latest Build: 4
Latest Commit: 9671f239f30e8f005e4c9ec101622802f8cd80d6

I am unable to open the advanced php edit configurations (Error message: list index out of range), please kindly refer to the screenshot.

This is an indexing error in the python code.

Run an upgrade and try again the issue should go away
