Cyberpanel can't access dashboard

hello! this is my cyberpanel server ip address,after instalaltion ModSecurity on CyberPanel , i can’t acces via browser …
but i can access on ssh… what we do ? please Help.
in this panel have many sites and files…i need only configuration reset
