Hello, I am using Ubuntu 18.04 and installing CyberPanel with OpenLiteSpeed, but encountered an error during the installation we are not able to run groupadd - g2001 ubuntu. How can I fix this error? Thank you."

First don’t use any ubuntu with gui… Second use ubuntu minimal version 20.04 or 22.04 not 18.04 which is already reach end of life and wont get updates.
