SSL not working and keep looping error: "Could not connect to server. Please refresh this page."

I am updating to latest ver but

SSL not working and keep looping error >>>> Could not connect to server. Please refresh this page.

deleting not complete it keep records in cyberpanel database i have to delete them manually !!!
