Using centos 8.5 have you tried to run cyberpanel upgrade script to see if issue goes away.

Kindly post your python3 version on centos 8.5

Python v. 3.6.8

I’ve tried with 3 different operating systems and I’m in the same situation. I couldn’t find a solution.

Did you perform cyberpanel installation on a clean os ? no python no php no webserver or mariadb

ma

I’m installing on a clean operating system, now I’ve installed cyberpanel on a different vps, on almalinux, it still gives the same error. I think there is a general error

Can you try this on a clean os. Ensure there is no python3 installed. Install Python 3.8.10 and try to install cyberpanel

ma
maxwell #9

I also did what you said the problem is not related to python3. The problem is related to the test domain.

Did you disable using test domain and add your own domain ?

ma
maxwell #11

I can’t come to that part at all, you get this error when you click on the add new domain or add new site button

I’m also having the same problem, on a fresh install done on Linode using the Marketplace app.

I tried 2 times on Linode, the same problem happened. I created a droplet on DigitalOcean using the Marketplace and it worked perfectly on the first try.

Ubuntu 22.04
