SQL is broken - remote backups fail - database not transfering/packaging

The original problem was - I removed privileges from the localhost user of phpmyadmin
solution offered here: How to recover a broken phpMyAdmin
which was:
Rename the folder here /usr/local/CyberCP/public/phpmyadmin to /usr/local/CyberCP/public/old_phpmyadmin and run the upgrade script it will download and install a fresh copy of phpmyadmin

I did that and phpmyadmin looks fine again but it broke the the connection between sql and cyberpanel ( I guess)

is there a simple fix to this?
is there a new password that needs to be synced?

the only other way I know is to completely rebuild the server and start new - which would take me 1 day with all domains.

guidance kindly requested

Probably you save more time making new installation than try fix broken one. After you fix this issue never know you just hit other one.

sadly that is usually my experience with cyberpanel
but there must be a fix for reconnecting sql
