Closed Incbackup Permission Error (can't backup databases)

Hi,

I’m trying to use incremental backup to backup data, database, and email. However, I’m stuck at backing up the database because of this error:

“[04.09.2023_03-07-05] ‘tempPath’ [backupStatus]
[04.09.2023_03-07-17] [Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘/usr/local/CyberCP/tmp/muof_db.sql’[createDatabaseBackup]”

Can anybody help me fix this permission error, please? Or tell me how to debug it?

Fixed by going to /usr/local/CyberCP/tmp/ and deleting any sql files in it. For some reason the old ones were attributed to ‘root’ user instead of ‘cyberpanel’.
