Can't login to CyberPanel account

Hello there,
I can’t login into my CyberPanel account.
Username and password are correct but I get an error message whi says :
“not enough values to unpack (expected 2, got 1)”

Any clues ?

This happens when I click the ‘Sign In’ button.

I’m having the same issue. Not only that I tried submitting a ticket, but clearly its not working. I’ve also noticed this forum isn’t very active. I’ll probably have to report the transaction to my bank for a refund.
