Need help in setting up PHP and Apache

Hi Everyone, I’m working on a project and I’m having issues with my current hosting. I’m not exactly sure if this is the right place to post this. But here’s the list of requirements. (Note: I’m a newbie). Can anyone help me to set this up? Thanks in advance.

PHP v8.1
PHP Mbstring Extension
PHP PDO Extension
PHP FileInfo Extension
PHP JSON Extension
PHP CURL Extension
PHP symlink() function
PHP file_get_contents() function
MySQL v5.7
Apache Server
