Access wordpress site with IP and Port

Hi, can I create a website without domain name and access the site using IP and Port for just one particular site?

Hi, I need this just for the WordPress blog as API, get the content to show on another site, so I don’t need a domain name.

This WordPress site is currently hosting on AWS, but i want to move to CyberPanel VPS, so wonder if it’s possible.
