ClosedHow to clear access_log?

Hi, one of my sites’ access_log stands at 9988KB after one month… I tried to delete it, there is delete success message but the file is still there!

My questions:

1. how to delete access_log?
2. is there a way to clear access_log automatically? this is only one site, i don’t want to enter the files of every site to do that.
