How do I restart my website. Its suddenly stuck.

What do you mean its stuck ?

Do you have a redirect loop ? If it is a redirect loop check your .htaccess or using CyberPanel go to Websites → List Websites → mycoolwebsite.com → ReWrite Rules and remove all the rules to see if website still shows. If its a wordpress website just keep the default .htaccess rules
