Error sending emails

Hi!

I’ve been trying to set up an SMTP email/server with Cyber Panel on Contabo, but it says that email can’t be sent in Rainloop. I even used FluentSMTP in WordPress, but when I do a test email send, I got the following error message:

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Connection failed. stream_socket_enable_crypto(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14094438:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert internal error

Can you please help me fix that?

Check your SSL is properly issued and use some online port checker look is port 25 open. Also look mail log if there is some errors.
