My website is down but server still running

My website (souqsquare.com) is down but the server is still running I can access the website from my computer but no one else can access it and this is what they see can you help me solve this problem thank you

Your domain still points to the nameservers from your domain provider. Kindly setup private namservers for your cyberpanel server or change the namservers of that domain to your cyberpanel server default nameservers

I appreciate your help, I have changed my nameservers but still have the problem ERR_CONNECTION_RESET over HTTP.
I looked through openlitespeed dashboard and think one of the listeners has an error.

You have not remedied the DNS issue. Where did you buy the domain from ? Is this domain your server’s primary domain ?

It was my fault something was missing in my adjustment I fix it now and hopefully, it will solve my issue.

thank you for being so helpful, but I still can’t solve my issue, souqsquare.com is responding normally over HTTPS but won’t load on HTTP, I fixed my nameservers but still having this issue

It seems dns are ok the issue is on server can you share logs with me?
