I have Duplicati installed on the server for all the files, and a little script I found on google to back up individual databases to a folder that is also covered by duplicati. The destination is Backblaze b2.

Yes, it backs up /home/* plus sql’s as discussed
I restrict the port of the management interface to our office IP at the firewall.
