Incremental backup and backup problem

I have problem with backup and incremental backup, i configure the backup and incremental backup, i can see they are done every day, but no possible to select any backup to restore,
same problem for incremental backup, no possible to restore any data (website, or database, from incremental backup)

to restore backup you must have backup in /home/backup

the backup are in /home/backup but I can’t restore them
and for incremental backup, does they need to be in /home/backup ?

the normal backup shoud be there and also inc as well

ok I have only the backup in /home/backup and incremental backup are in /home/domain.com/incbackup/
but impossible to restore any of them (backup both incremental backup), do you have any solution?
