Backup Does Not Exist in Restore Option

Dear Team ,
I have been created backup and select destination home I want to restore it but the restore option showing empty ,

Copy the backup file from /home/website/backup to the /home/backup and then you can restore

I cant copy to home but not allowed ,
the backup inside home/website/backup
i tried fix permission but still the same issue
