Installing Laravel Script in CyberPanel

I have purchased one Laravel based php Script but cannot install on CyberPanel. I think I did all the work correctly but the installation cannot start.

I have added a phpcheck.php on my server, it shows all required php extensions are enabled.

That script does not support php8 yet so try it on php7
