Cannot Create Database Error: Operation 0

I accidentally reinstall my mariadb by the terminal, after reinstall my cannot use the cyberpanel create database function to create a new phpmyadmin database, it shows error: operation 0.

Can someone help me

Welcome @niaga Happy you are here

You will need to reinstall your server os and install CyberPanel afresh. If you tamper with mariadb installation there is nothing we can do but reinstall.
