Seems you are using incorrect database settings regarding the mariadb ip address you have set. Post a screenshot of the database settings your are using on your website

I will assume all mysql databases using prefix dev_lab are all hosted in that server. And I see you are consuming a database with same prefix in link below.

You should use localhost as the hostname not the ip of your server here Cannot access dbmysql - #7 by angkatan20.kelas.c in your config/database.php (codeigniter website)
