ClosedSend mails stays in mail Queue

I have just installed CyberPanel on DigitalOcean. I have created a mail account, and then I open Rainloop and try to send an e-mail. But the e-mails stays in the mail Queue, with the error code:

When I send a mail to the created mail, it works fine. What seems to be the problem here?

Mails Outgoing port 25 is blocked hence you should raise a ticket in DO.

Thank you, that was the correct answer. I have tried to write to DO, but they wont unblock it. Do you know if they also block port 587?

You can test by login to server and run command
telnet smtp.gmail.com 587
