Unable to install cyberpanel on vps unbuntu 20.04

when i run the install the process runns untill this error pops up
MySQLdb._exceptions.OperationalError: (2002, “Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/tmp/mysql.sock’ (111)”)
