I can't upgrade my cyberpanel using terminal or ssh? Please help

Hi, can you please help me? i can’t upgrade my cyber panel, and i can’t open the terminal sing ssh putty, please see the attached below

This is an issue with your ISP. Kindly use a VPN or change networks and try again

If you believe the port 22 is blocked by firewalld use VNC to log into your VPS and stop firewalld using command systemctl stop firewalld

If you have any other firewalls disable them too just to be sure
