Cyberpanel this site can’t be reached restart mariadb please help (ASAP)

I’m having a serious problem. I wanted to restart mariadb on cyberpanel. but the computer suddenly shuts down. and now the ip address:8090 cannot be accessed.

Please help me.

Run systemctl status mariadb if its offline start it systemctl start mariadb post the contents of systemctl status lscpd

i can see its seems DNS issue if you share that you are accessing from hostname or IP?

if mariadb down it should throw 500 error not dns
