Email are send but stuck on server in QUEUE

Hi,
emails are send but stuck on server in queue
in server against every email this is written
“delay_reason”:“temporary failure”
last good email was on 21 sepember 2022

PHP Version 7.3.22-1+bionic
LiteSpeed V7.7
MailScanner is not installed
SpamAssassin is not installed
Current Version 2.0
Build 3

1 - restarted “MANAGE POSTFIX” many times
2 - port 25 is active - 5 smtp tcp 0.0.0.0/0 25
3 - flushed the queue many times
