Ubuntu 20.04 LTS -> 22.04 LTS 503 Error

Ive upgraded CP to the latest Version and did an dist upgrade to 22.4 but now it fails to load the Admin Panel with an 503 Error. Is there anyone out there who rsolved this issue ?

You should not upgrade 20.04 to 22.04. If you want use ubuntu 22.04 start fresh server and migrate from 20.04.
