I cannot access my cyberpanel on WAN

Hello, I have Cyberpanel running 2 websites in a VM behind a ubiquiti router. All the necessary ports are open and forwarded to the VM. Both websites are accessible from the outside but not the dashboard.

Dashboard and websites are accessible in LAN
