I deleted a file with file manager, but I still can access it from chrome browser

I deleted this file from my website:
https://officemore.co.il/media/js/messaging/send_sms.js
it doesn’t show up in the file manager, but it’s still accesable with chrome.
This is some kind of cache but I can’t control it.
I removed cache from chrome and aslo tried to open the file on another pc with a different IP but still the same result.
Any idea why this is happening and how to solve this issue?

I found the problem.
It’s because of cloudflare cache !

Always clear all caches after doing anything
