One of my website reaches its disk limit on the package. Now I have changed his package. but still, the site is not opening and synchronized in the manage panel.

The issue is with my package. the site crossed the package limit, so the site is not loading now, I have changed the package and several times restarted the server, but still the site is not loading.

I think the customer can be reached to package limit, then if we upgrade the package then the site should be live.
