Hello, I want to install cyberpanel into my local machine. When I start the installation, it will block the network port after some time. How can I fix this issue?

before completing the installation.
I used local IP for installation. is it create problems?

i was try install it once on my vmware … and failure… long long long time ago
and i not remember the error
