Request to enable email debugger on my server

I have a cloud cyberpanel account (id - “find.sitcoms_0y@icloud.com”) - please enable email debugger on the server associated with that account (there is only 1 server). I have opened up Ticket #BICOAG6XX if that was required. many thanks.
