How do you avoid Hostinger VPS from Caching

I have a vps server on Hostinger which hosts our website now we have a problem with the server it seems the server is caching in a sense that it is using the old data that was feed to it… its happening booth to css files and backend files. your help will be
appreciated

are you proxing it through cloudflare or similar dns services? maybe it is browser cache too. just renaming the files should fix the problem

not the browser, we tried to attest all those process, we are not using cludflare. i will retry the renaming
