Mysql database not working

I have a shared hosting and migrated my site to hostinger vps with cyberpanel, my php version 7.4 to my previous hosting. I have a problem of not saving data in mysql using php function which is normally ok in my previous hosting.What is the problem, am i missing something?

Change php version back to 7.4.

Website > LIST WEBSITES > Manage > Change PHP > Select PHP > Change PHP

no error at all
it just cant update the database as it would normally do

run killall lsphp

Can you share Cyberpanel and error logs?
