Ssl issue with nameserver or cloudflare

Hello , can any one know how i can reset my ssl in my website and this website already pointed with cloudflare, also i have subdomain in that domain : mail.example.com he show self signed ssl , not trust !
i try to empty the files : cert.pem , fullchain.pem , privkey.pem , then same issue !

You only can issue SSL if the cloudflare cloud icon is not orange… (not active)

Where is that icon !!

Cloudflare Dashboard > DNS > Proxy Status

Yes i already fo that without proxied

then go to version
you will see red line ?
