Hello, when I try to list the emails for any of the domains in my cyberpanel, I receive this error in the upper right corner:
‘ascii’ codec can’t decode byte 0xd8 in position 1187: ordinal not in range(128)
And I can’t list the emails, it just stay at the screen where I choose the domain.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
Try first run cyberpanel update script and see if that solve problem. If that don’t help connect cyberpanel cloud, then request access email debugger and run that.
If I upgrade, will I lose any of my data?
No, but it’s good practice take snapshot of server before update. I have never needed to use it, but if something go wrong it’s great to have.
I have exactly ther same problem now, and i updated Cyberpanel, i use the last version
