Phpmyadmin upload file size

hello!
i already changed upload file max size and post max in php.ini, restarted the server and checked with php_info(). Everything is set to 50M, but phpmyadmin only allowe 2mb file to upload…
please help…

Set limit on PHP 7.3 that will affect on phpMyAdmin.
