Opening 8090 to specific ip addresses

Hello, I want to open port 8090 only from the IP addresses I have specified, how can I do this?

Add a new firewall rule for port 8090 and instant of adding 0.0.0.0/0 add the IP from which you want to access and after doing all this remove the old 8090 rule
