After the cyberpanel upgrade 2.3 - SSL and PHP Version not working child domains

Last week I upgrade the cyberpanel. Yesterday tried to add a new subdomain under my main domain. It works but cannot issue SSL. It gives me Failed to obtain SSL, issuing self-signed SSL for “My domain” Also I tried to change PHP version 7.4 to 7.2 but it’s not changing too. Can anyone let me know the log commends? so I can give you more details. Need quick fix if possible.

After the update it gives SSL but SSL does not work.

COM HAS SELF-SIGNED SSL.

Your SSL will expire in 3649 days.
