ClosedMail Not Going through iCloud

Hello,

Im currently having an issue, where I can send emails from my iCloud to my Custom email, and it will go through to the inbox of the custom email, but as soon as I email my iCloud from my Custom Email, it won’t even go to spam, it just never sends through. I have done a manual refresh and even checked the web email site for iCloud, Nothing

Im really stumped. It goes through to gmail, but not to iCloud. Outlook is a whole separate story
