the problem is not at your server if failed to send

then the problem are at your MX

btw what version of cyberpanel do you use ?
we are talking cyberpanel right ?

can you make sure the problem ?
you cant send and receive
or only receive at rainloop ?

it’s necessary to use rainloop first to check send and receive

u must understand first
if you send webmail to webamail (from same server, ) is very different with webmail (yourvps) to outside mailbox (other cyberpanel or gmail or yahoo etc)

to do troubleshoot ( non expert solution like me )

to check send until delivered from outside to rainloop

  1. open gmail, yahoo, other mailbox (outside)
  2. sent from gmail, yahoo, other mailbox (outside) to your rainloop
  3. see if success or not ( doesn’t matter goes to spam or not, we try to make it success delivered first)
  4. if not, see the reason on mailer daemon

to check send until delivered from rainloop to outside

  1. open rainloop
  2. sent from rainloop to gmail, yahoo, other mailbox (outside)
  3. see if success or not ( doesn’t matter goes to spam or not, we try to make it success delivered first)
  4. if not, see the reason on mailer daemon

common problem not received email at our cyberpanel rainloop

  1. MX record not pointed to server
  2. forgot to create mailbox
  3. security

most of them will describe at mailer-daemon

Bro, Rainloop to Gmail, yahoo is working well.
But Gmail, yahoo to Rainloop isn’t working.
MX record pointed also what do you mean by security?

So how can I solve this issue?

Here is the error:

because the MX pointed to mailgun
then you should ask mailgun’s support
