Block OLS Port 7080 or Open It for an IP Address Only

I have tried tried many ways to disable port 7080 or open it for a single ip address but nothing works … I don’t actually need to create an account for OLS through SSH … I have nothing to do there, previous version created an admin account automatically during installation so i was able to change the 7080 port to something else … Now 7080 gives access to everybody even if there is no user … How can i open/allow port 7080 for a specific ip address, i tried CyberPanel Firewall but nothing worked …

if you delete port from cyberpanel firewall that should be blocked. also restart lsws.

Unfortunately Port 7080 is not there (CyberPanel Firewall) to delete … I created an admin account through SSH and then later changed the OLS 7080 Port through OLS itself …

My point is i never ever go to OLS except to change Ports … I change OLS ports after a month or two … My intention is to completely keep OLS inaccessible without having to create an account …
