You have lots of sites on server? If not maybe easier and faster to deploy fresh cyberpanel and load backups.

Yes i have lots of sites on my server. OK i can deploy new server but how can i load the backups from the old server. am a newbie in cyberpanel. thanks

You have external backups somewhere? Load files to /home/backup/ folder and then restore.
If you don’t have backups better try solve that error. If you don’t want SFTP download all sites and databases from server.

If you have lots of sites maybe best option is just buy 30usd support for month and let devs fix it.
Save your self lots of hassle.

Best to avoid any problems is take snapshot of server every time before messing with it. That practice have save me from gray hairs couple of times.

all my sites are down. also when i try to make backup from mysql i get 0 size. now i assume all files are gone. will be doomed if this is so

Dr

You don’t have external backups?

MK
Maxwell Kobina Gyamfi #15

I used Google backups but they are all in Gunzip format, now how to restore is the problem

Dr
Dreamer #16

You mean gzip? Drop files to /home/backup/ folder and cyberpanel will do rest.

am a newbie, can you please give me command to do this, i cd in my cyberpanel but says file not found

MK
Mirza Khadnezar S [sick] #18

mkdir backup

the folder never be there because you never do local backup

MK
Maxwell Kobina Gyamfi #19

ok i have created the folder, now how do i drop the google back there. i have downloaded it from my google drive

Dr

Probably easiest is use program like WinSCP use you root credentials or SSH keys.
