Closed Databases listed that don't exist

In Databases->List Databases, I have many showing however only 2 of them actually exist. I deleted the other websites. Where are these coming frrom and how do I get rid of them?

I removed them from the databases_databases table in the cyberpanel in phpMyAdmin
